Why go
Fokianos opens into a long pebbly shore, with a small harbour area and another cove beyond. Give yourself time to walk along the parts you can reach and take in the open landscape. Choose where to swim only after seeing the sea conditions.
Plan it from Agios Dimitrios
This is a longer mountain-and-sea outing from the retreat. Carry water and check the road, weather and available services before leaving; the distance makes an improvised return less pleasant.
